Flavor/Aroma: the nose is intense and inviting straight away. The scent is "dark green": aromatic herbs such as bay, thyme and rosemary. Great complexity. In the mouth an explosion of freshness: green bark stripped off a branch. A delicious bitter herb perfectly balance by a green pepper finish.
