Uses: It is recommended on tasty dishes, with intense aromas and tastes; bitter and spicy and perfectly matched with dishes such as legume soups, grilled steaks, but also croutons with homemade bread, tomato sauerkraut or even with top dishes with raddicchio, ragu, borragine and chicory.
Flavor/Aroma: Green intense fruity, wide and enveloping, rich in hints of leaf and artichokes accompanied by elegant spicy notes. In the mouth there are powerful notes of leafy vegetables on which stands fresh almond and chicory of fields and aftertaste of thistle. Bitter and spicy decided and harmonious.
