Johnny's Interactive Tastings give you the opportunity within a smaller group of just 10, to ask him questions during the tasting in real time.
We will send you a tasting kit with 4 or 6 olive oils to taste plus tasting cups, and we make a ZOOM appointment. At the tasting, Johnny goes through how he, as an olive oil judge taste oils and then taste the oils with the participants. As the participants go through this exercise, Johnny will talk about: how olive oil is made (good and bad); what extra virgin, cold pressed etc. really mean, and how to pair the oils with food.
Johnny will do this very clearly and in a light and amusing way, backed-up by facts and experience that only an international olive oil judge can give. Each tasting session lasts up to 1 1/2 (90E.) or 2 (125E.) hours including questions. Both Interactive Tastings are available up to 10 people at a time.
