Alfredo does something very special and unusual here; he places whole Basil along with the his olives as they go through the crushing process and into the malaxation machine.
Ideal combined with tomatoes, grilled vegetables, raw vegetables, white meat, fish, carpaccio and tartare. It is perfect for summer dishes such as a simple caprese, on the classic bruschetta with tomato sauce, Margherita pizza.
