Flavor/Aroma: The oil shows great complexity: Straight away there is a scent of rubbed artichoke lead to which is then added tomato and tomato leaf. Again the mouth starts with a clear flavor of artichoke then hints of tomato and, finally a delicious herbal bitterness and lovely peppery finish.
