Uses: Ideal with savory and spicy dishes such as Stracotto del Chianti or Peposo all Formacina. Excellent on grilled red meats.
Flavor/Aroma: On the nose it expressed an intense and broad fruity: fresh grass, green olive and tomato leaf. The taste has an evident structure confirming the sensations perceived on the nose with a pleasant vein of bitterness combined with a spicy note. Long and refined finish.
