Uses: A robust and intense-fruity extra virgin which adds character to steaks, soups, stews, grilled veggies, bruschetta, pasta with red sauce, pizza, broccoli and potato.
Flavor/Aroma: The nose first experiences fresh, raw green vegetal notes. Also, we find green nuts, raw artichoke, cicoria, and a slight hint of wasabi with a nice long finish.
