Aroma/Flavor: Clean and enveloping, rich in balsamic hints of mint and basil, sustained by notes of unripe banana and apples. On the palate it is delicate and tempered, with hints of medium ripe tomato, celery and lettuce. Decidedly bitter and distinctly spicy.
