Membership Payment

For services offered on a membership basis, the following terms apply, unless Madge & Louie’s notifies you otherwise in writing. This Agreement also incorporates by reference and includes product ordering and payment terms provided to you on the website for the Services:

• Payments will be billed to you in U.S. dollars, and your credit card will be debited appropriately ($69, $79, $89 or $109) when you become a member of Extra Virgin Olio by Madge & Louie’s Olive Oil Club.

• You must pay with one of the following:

1. A valid credit card acceptable to Madge & Louie’s;

2. A valid debit card acceptable to Madge & Louie’s;

• If your payment and registration information is not accurate, current, and complete and you do not notify us promptly when such information changes, we may suspend or terminate your membership.

• If you do not notify us of updates to your payment method (e.g., credit card expiration date), you may risk loss of membership.

•  Madge & Louie’s will automatically renew your membership at the current rates, unless the membership is cancelled or terminated under this Agreement.

• In the event Madge & Louie’s is unable to collect the Membership Fees owed by you to Madge & Louie’s for your Membership fees, your order will not be processed.

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to substitute bottle sizes.

Membership and Non Membership

Prices are subject to change at anytime. For memberships we will notify you of any changes when they occur.

By clicking on the Sign Up & Save 10%, POUR! Don't Drizzle Rewards, Sign up for Membership or order from our website as guest or sign up for a account you give us permission to send you newsletter, promotions, campaigns. We do not sell your information.

 

Account Information

You agree that your Account Information will always be complete, accurate, and up-to-date. It is your responsibility to keep your account password or log-in credentials confidential at all times and you are solely responsible to Madge & Louie’s for all activity that occurs via your Account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or Account Information, or any other breach of security, you agree to notify Madge & Louie’s by contacting info@extravirginolio.com. Madge & Louie’s may require that you change your Account Information or certain parts of your Account Information at any time for any reason. Unless Madge & Louie’s expressly allows you the right to create and manage your Madge & Louie’s ID as an account administrator for a company, you may not use another person’s Account Information.
