Uses: The balmy texture, the medium bitter and spicy just make this oil matched to almost all Mediterranean dishes. Particularly recommended on carpacas of fried meat and mushroom with a tripe plate.
Flavor/Aroma: Fruity green of medium intensity, decisive and complex, rich in herbal and herbal hints accompanied by a very good artichoke. On the palate it is clean and with green personality with balsamic notes of aromatic herbs and artichoke in closure. Bitter and spicy have medium-intensity in balance.
