Once again we have been able to take 10 lucky travelers to explore the majestic, open countryside of the Val ‘d Orcia in the heart of Tuscany.

Many of our guests had visited Tuscany before, however, this “Farm2Table” experience was unique and went beyond their expectations, with an exciting and phenomenal group cooking class by a local renowned chef, Asia. There were personal and intimate visits to: wineries, olive oil Producers, a family owned butchery and a real favorite, a visit to a sheep farm with an outstanding cheese maker of Pecorino cheese.

Our “home”base was in a spectacular 17^th century villa in the heart of the Tuscan countryside which all our guests raved about. We set off on daily trips to immerse ourselves in a true “Farm2Table” experience enjoying the company and meals with wonderful Italian hosts.

Once again we were treated to simple, home cooked evening meals at our villa by our cook, Rita to complete our day’s adventure.
