Uses: Great for appetizers with vegetables, marinated fish and meat, boiled vegetables,  salads, rice, pasta, boiled fish, white grilled meats, soft cheeses. 

Flavor/Aroma: Mild fruity, with notes of fresh grass and almond. The mouth is pleasantly smooth and gentle with lettuce, apple, green nuts and green banana. the bitterness is gentle, too and there is a nice tingle in the nose as you breathe out. the pepperiness takes a bit of time but is quite spicy. The finish has a lovely, herbal tingle with sensations like radishes. A very versatile oil.

The farm is located in Abruzzi, on the "lea side of the Adriatic Sea" in the hills of Vasto, Selvotta, Buonanotte, Colle Pizzuto and Montevecchio. In that area, they cultivate vineyards and olive groves concentrating on making extra virgin olive oil.
