Flavor/Aroma: Medium-high intensity oil with a scent of green olives and fresh almond. Upon sampling it, it opens with a taste of almonds and herbal scents followed by a medium bitter sensation of artichoke and finish with a spicy sensation. Harmonious, complex and balanced.
