Uses: It is recommended on delicate dishes to exalt their flavors, especially on raw fish, roast or steam fish, crustaceans and molluscs in appetizer, delicious on prime dishes, carpaccio and boiled vegetables.
Flavor/Aroma: Green fruity with light intensity, it is clar and elegant, there are hints of almond and cut grass. On the palate the fresh almonds prevails over other plant notes. Bitter and spicy are present and balanced.
