Uses: Ideal with fish vegetable soups, red meat, cheese and vegetable dishes.

Flavor/Aroma: Spicy and herby full bodied and persistent. Medium fruity fully rounded. Well balanced with a pleasing aftertaste of tomato, almond and artichoke.
