Deep, dark ripe fruity taste of mature olives with ample spices, swimming in a delightfully robust tomato sauce.

Ingredients:  Black Nocellara olives (52%), tomato sauce, onion, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, wild fennel seeds, basil,oregano, chili pepper. Acid: citric acid.

Uses: Perfect as starter or side dish.

Produced in a facility that uses pistachios, almonds, fish and milk-based products. After opening, store in the fridge and consume within 5 day.

The family Cutrera have been tending and cultivating olive trees since 1906 in Chiarmonte Gulfi, in the southeast area of Sicily. The descendants of the patriarch, Giovanni Cutrera, founder of the first mill are carrying on that tradition today. His youngest son, Salvatore, with the help of other family members manages the largest and most modern mill in all of Sicily.
