Uses: The oil is nicely paired with steamed fish, steamed veggies, grilled veggies, salads and potato.
Flavor/Aroma: The first sensation is one of the smell of perfectly fresh olives being crushed in a nice clean mill. There is an inviting scent of pine nuts and something a little balsamic. The mouth is tingly and green with flavours of green nuts and warms the mouth. The finish is also balsamic and quite persistent.
