Harvest: Harvested at night. Picking by Hand, October thru December 2021/2022

Uses: A great oil to add to any Mediterranean dish but it goes especially well with; steamed fish, chicken, steamed veggies, salads and tomatoes.

Flavor/Aroma: One of those oils that has such a strong scent of tomato that it make me think of V-8!  In the mouth too, there is big rich tomato followed by a nice slow burn. The bitterness is almost not there!  A really satisfying and pleasant oil.  My wife would kill me if we did not have any in the house!
